These delectable crepes are a nice treat: delicious, high in protein and big on taste! The pan makes all the difference. A really good ceramic crepe pan is ideal. However, if you don’t have a crepe pan, make sure the pan you use is well prepped with coconut oil.




3 whisked eggs
1/4 cup Homemade Hemp Milk
4 tbsp PlanetHemp Protein Superfood Original
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil for cooking the crepe


2 chopped and cored sautéd apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon and cloves
2 tbsp maple syrup




Whisk the eggs, then add the Homemade Hemp Milk and maple syrup and whisk everything together. Add the Hemp Protein Powder a little at a time and whisk further until fully blended. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a non stick, well oiled pan and completely cover the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes until the top is cooked, remove from heat and gently put onto the plate.

Apple Filling

Sauté apples, cinnamon and cloves in the pan with 1 tbsp of coconut oil until apples are nicely cooked but still al dente! Mix in the maple syrup. Serve apple filling on crepes and enjoy!
