A chocolate-mint lovers dream! With its moist texture and rich flavor, this delicious cake is a great treat!



1 can black beans (well rinsed)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
5 tbsp PlanetHemp Protein Superfood Original and 2 tbsp cacao
4 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp cane or coconut sugar
3 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (or mint, orange, etc.)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup chocolate chips (or nuts if desired)





Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the black beans into a food processor and pulse until smooth, then add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and pulse until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into a well greased 8″ x 8″ baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on counter and put in the fridge over night.
