This warm and soothing recipe is perfect for cool weather. Make it with oatmeal or quinoa flakes for a texture more like cream of wheat.



1 cup Quinoa Flakes in 1 ½ cups of water cooked to desired frequency (approx. 5-7 minutes)

¼ cup mangoes
¼ cup soaked goji berries (about 15 minutes)
2 tsp toasted coconut flakes
2 tbsp soaked chia (about 10 minutes)
2 tbsp soaked black sesame seeds (about 1-4 hours)
2 tbsp almond yogurt
2 tbsp PlanetHempHemp Seeds
½ cup Homemade Hemp Milk


Prepare the hot cereal on the stove over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add a little more water if it gets too thick. Serve with your favorite toppings.
