This delicious hemp pesto can be used as a pasta sauce, dip, spread for pizza (in lieu of marinara sauce) and a host of other creative food inspirations! Perfect on your eggs benny, as a dip for your veggies and amazing on your spaghetti squash!



2 cups fresh basil
1 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Oil
2 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste



Pulse in a blender until desired consistency is reached. Cut, core and cook 1 medium sized squash in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Once the squash is cooked, scrape with a fork to create spaghetti strands. Toss in a bowl with hemp pesto. Serve in the squash shell and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
