This tasty cake is not only flourless but moist and delicious. Drizzled with almond kefir, soaked goji berries and homemade Apple Butter, these are great with an afternoon hemp milk latte.



1 cup cooked pumpkin (fresh or from a can)
½ cup homemade PlanetHemp Hemp Seed Butter
¼ cup maple syrup
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 oz coffee
¼ tsp salt
½ cup hemp apple butter


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl mix everything together until blended. Lightly oil a baking pan or line with parchment paper and add the batter. Bake for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
