A warm and spicy custard pudding, with the extra goodness of pumpkin and hemp. This recipe is also great as a pie filling.



1 can pumpkin puree
1 cup of Hemp Dream Cream
½ cup maple syrup
4 beaten eggs
Add spices to suit your taste –  nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cardamon.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl whisk the eggs and add the pumpkin. Add the rest of the the ingredients and whisk together until the mixture is fully blended. Pour into a baking dish and place in a roasting pan. Add boiling water half-way up the pan and bake for an hour.
