Ingredients

Salad

2 cups of cooked and cooled Quinoa
1 cup sweet corn (Organic and Non-Gmo)
2 diced tomatoes
3 sprigs of green onion
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1 avocado
1/2 cup PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds
Fresh Basil and Mint leaves if desired

Dressing

1 cup PlanetHemp Hemp Seed Oil
4 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
*sweeten with 1 tbsp maple syrup if desired.
Blend or shake and add desired amount to salad!

Directions

Add all salad ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle on desired amount of dressing. Chill, serve and enjoy!
