This pudding was originally created as a filling for macaroons. Adding soaked chia seeds as a thickener turned the filler into a delicious pudding.



½ cup frozen raspberries
½ tsp matcha
100 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
2 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Oil
2 tbsp sweetener


Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and put into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to solidify. Makes a lovely pudding or a great filling for meringues.
