4 tbsp chia
4 tbsp PlanetHemp Hemp Seeds
1 cup of water
1 1/2 banana
4 tbsp toasted coconut
1/2 cup strawberries
Put the chia seeds in a bowl and set aside. Put the strawberries, 1/2 a cut banana, toasted coconut and a tbsp of Hemp Seeds aside. In a blender, blend all the other ingredients. Pour the mixture over the chia seeds and mix until all blended. Store in fridge for 10 minutes.
Garnish with strawberries, banana, toasted coconut and Hemp Seeds!
